Locally owned and operated by Dean and Melissa Lucas, Northwest Air Solutions is a thriving refrigeration and air conditioning business based in Karratha.

Company Director, Dean Lucas has extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, in the residential, commercial, industrial and marine sectors. He started the business in June 2016 as a sole trader, and established Northwest Air Solutions Pty Ltd in the following year.

In 2021, the business expanded its services to include commercial ice machine hire, along with the hire of other refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.

Meet our team

Dean and Melissa have lived in Karratha for more than 30 years and lead a growing team of fully licensed and qualified technicians, apprentices and admin staff.

Dean is passionate and knowledgeable about his trade and this sets the benchmark for every member of the team. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and friendly customer service help to create happy and loyal customers. Dean is a great teacher – he is respectful and patient and he cares about helping people reach their potential.
